Our Story
Built by Jeep People. Stitched with Purpose.
We are not a factory. We are two Jeep lovers with an embroidery machine, an adventure addiction, and a belief that your rig deserves to be remembered.
How It All Started
It started at Jeep Beach in Daytona, Fl. A vender was out of business cards and handed me a patch with their logo on it. He said "if you like patches, or I also heard they make good coaster". On the long drive back to North Alabama I had the thought what if we had coasters that matched our Jeep. That would be cool and I think other Jeepers would love it too! Figured someone else would do it because life was busy with my career, and our child with therapy needs. Two years later at SMJI in Pigeon Forge nobody else was doing it. On the drive home I was looking at my coasters with this same idea once again.
Our 41 Life is named after 41, a 2018 Jeep JLU that I could not decide which direction I wanted to go and ultimately ended up with a freedom/ 1941 designs on and so it got dubbed as 41. Our Life is just the family addition to my Jeep. The journeys taken with friends and family is what makes the Jeep Community so special to us.
Every coaster we make starts with a real Jeep. Your color, your model, your mods, your vibe. Our AI generates the design, we review it, and our embroidery machine stitches it into a shape that fits your cup holder. No two are alike. That is the whole point.
How We Make Each Coaster
You describe your Jeep
Color, model, mods, and the vibe you want. The more detail you give us, the more personal the design.
AI generates your design
Our AI creates a custom 3.5 inch square design sized exactly for a standard embroidery machine hoop. No templates. No stock art.
We touch every coaster
Every order runs through our embroidery machine in our home shop in Alabama. We setup the machine, we inspect each coaster before it ships.
It ships to your door
Packed with care and ready to use, or gift to the Jeep person in your life who has everything.
What We Believe
Every Jeep has a story
Your rig is not just a vehicle. Its a Jeep, if you get it, you live it! It is a collection of trails, repairs, upgrades, and memories. We make coasters that honor that.
Small batch, on purpose
We do not mass produce. Every coaster is made to order, which means yours gets our full attention every time.
Jeep people get it
We speak the language. We know the difference between a JK and a JL, a TJ and a YJ. That knowledge shows up in every design.
Ready to make yours?
Tell us about your Jeep and we will build a coaster that is as unique as your build.
